Refund policy

Return Policy:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues:

We understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery at lindahelmick@gmail.com. To be eligible, you must provide photo or video proof of the damage. Once we evaluate and confirm the issue, we will work to make it right.

Items reported after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

As all sales are final, we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage upon arrival. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, sizing issues, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued in the event of a confirmed damaged or defective item. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at lindahelmick@gmail.com.
