Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Order Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at lindahelmick@gmail.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
